For Athenaeum–Polak & Van Gennep, I developed an online video campaign to promote the publication of Wonderwezens (“Wondrous Creatures”), a book about mythological creatures by Ingrid Biesheuvel and illustrator John Rabou. In the run-up to the release date, multiple short teaser videos were shared weekly on social media, building towards the release of the full book trailer.

Ingrid Biesheuvel is a Dutch literature scholar and an acclaimed translator of medieval texts. The book features wonderful pencil drawings by John Rabou, accented with gold leaf. Wonderwezens is aimed at readers of all ages with an interest in mythology, history, and literature.
